Halloween Sights in NYC

This year some New York City Stores got into the Halloween spirit and decorated their windows in different ways from fun whimsical, to elegant chic. I also went to a Spooky fun Restaurant with my nieces...don't be frightened keep reading below......

The first window was at Dylan's Candy Bar at 1011 Third Avenue @ 60th Street right behind Bloomingdale's Department Store. I just adored this cute Skeleton!

My nieces wanted a Halloween evening so first we went to Jekyll & Hyde Club for dinner. It is opened all year long and they have a wonderful haunted house also. You enter through a black telephone booth and then the scary begins. It is a haunted theatrical theme restaurant where the walls are bookcases and you never know when they will move and what is behind them. There are 2 headed Girls (dolls) that move and say things and so much spooky decor, just perfect for a October Halloween evening! Then off to Phantom of the Opera we went. It is a wonderful play.

Bergdorf Goodman got into the Halloween Spirit? Yes! Artist Mark Gagnon did a fabulous job with his whimsical sculptures. I spotted Marie Antoinette and I smiled I just love her pink dress and coiffed up hair. Bergdorf Goodman is on Fifth Avenue between 57th and 58th Streets.

Oh Ralph Lauren How I adore your class and sophistication even for Halloween! What else can I say these windows are black masquerade genius....an elegant witch? Ralph Lauren Flagship store is at 888 Madison Avenue @ 72nd Street.
