Mikimoto and Laduree

Mikimoto and Laduree Collaborate to design a limited edition gift and macaroon box. I passed Mikimoto at 730 Fifth Avenue between 56th and 57th Streets in New York City and saw this adorable display. I had just returned from London so was not able to just go to Laduree for the box of macaroons. What did I say???? So I went two days later I went and purchased a few for gifts for Blogger friends who do not have Laduree close to them and are the sweetest women. I have to say I wish I could have the pearls, I would really look fabulous eating the macaroons with those beautiful Mikimoto pearls........

New York Spring Spectacular - New York City

In April I went to see the Radio City to see the New York Spring Spectacular starring the Rockettes, Derek Hough and Laura Benanti. Last year the show was cancelled and this year when I received the e-mail for me to go I was so excited. I was wondering how Derek Hough could do both Dancing with the stars and the Spring Spectacular. Well he was doing great until an injury last week. I am sure the show is still as fabulous with the understudy so if you are in town and get a chance go see it. I enjoyed seeing different Landmarks through out NYC on the big stage. From the opening at Grand Central Station to the Alice in Wonderland Bronze Statue in Central Park it was dreamy. There are also scenes where New York Baseball, Basketball and Football players and Managers make a cameo. Isaac Mizrahi and some other NY designers have a cameo and show their designs. There is a story there is NY toughness and NY Love and romance also. So go grab your tickets and maybe you will be brought back in time and do some "Singing in the Rain"......

Taco Time Starring Wink by American Greetings NYC

What Time is it?    # It's Taco Time! This morning on 58th and Fifth Avenue in New York City I was stopped by a very exuberant Taco to try this free Breakfast Taco. The choices were a Chorizo or Mushroom and I chose the Chorizo. This was for "Just Wink by American Greetings". You can download an App on your phone and you can send American Greetings Cards and gift cards through your phone! Life saver for sure. I love New York City there is something happening all the time

Easter Bonnet Parade New York City 2015

Every Easter Sunday Fifth Avenue is shut down for it's Easter Bonnet Parade. Rockefeller Center is decorated with a Big Topiary Bunny and gorgeous Spring flowers and Fifth Avenue is adorned with unique outfits and hats. My favorites are the beautiful vintage dresses and hats.
