Happy Pink Saturday! I was shopping in a cute little specialty market that just recently opened and went straight for the PINK! lol I have to say that these are 2 of my "new" favorite items. The Crepe is all natural and I make them small and fill with fruit. I have also made savory crepes filled with grilled chicken a little goat cheese and arugula salad. Girard's Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette is so delicious on everything. The bottle is so elegant looking. hehe

I love crepes, and that sauce looks just the perfect dressing (I always use boring old lemon and sugar - time I experimented a bit, lol).

mmmm - yummy sounding! Being that the dog has had me up since 3:30 this a.m. (issues/knee surgery) . . . I wouldn't mind a segue of crepes into a peaceful morning. A friend of mine makes a salad w/iceberg lettuce, walnuts and some fruit (cranberries?) w/raspberry vinaigrette (which is hard to spell under normal conditions but lack of sleep doesn't help!) Anyway - your vinaigrette sounds mouth watering too. Oh no, the dog's asleep now for a bit but the cat is caterwauling. It may be another long(er) day! "Crepes?.....Take me away" Ha.
