Marie Antoinette in the City......

I didn't think I would have enough to say before I started this blog....now my problem is how do I shut up? LOL! Oh well, I just love NYC there is something always to see. I went into Anthropologie the other day for some inspiration and oh my goodness I looked over to the side and there was this beautiful Marie Antoinette dress made of paper in her own room! I know there are so many Marie Antoinette lovers out there in blog land and so I was so excited I had to share. I hope you girls love her room as much as I did. I did not want to leave. I can go in there everyday and see something new fun and different there. This was one of my favorite movies I loved the costumes the colors the furniture and all the accessories.. it stared Kirsten Dunst.

Flowers on the dress all made of paper!

Hi Grace!
Yes, I will get 2 books at CE if that is possible. Don't know how these things work.

Barbara found cute pink, black and white aprons at Steinmart and I have been in charge of making them Oh So Heidi. And yes, the other is a notebook that I have added ribbons and rubons to the cover that fit in the pocket. I also made flowers for our name lanyards that I totally stole from you and Sara at Nashville!

The completed aprons/books/flowers are a surprise for Barbara so I will add pictures after CE - I don't want to spoil the surprise for her.

No gift for Heidi though it is a sweet idea. I would have no idea what to make her!

We are so excited to be going. I promise to take lots of pics and tell all! And then we can all compare and contrast.

Nice to hear from you!

Hi Grace... so nice to "meet" you via your comment on my blog. I love hearing from scrapbookers; especially the ones that like Heidi's products! I can't tell from sandi Keene's comment if you are going to CE... I will be there are a volunteer in Heidi's class--another perk of being her mom...lol! Anyway, yes, feel free to use my photos (in all their blurry glory!) to inspire other scrapbook/Costco shoppers to help make the test a success! BTW, I LOVE NYC! I can hardly wait to get to go back there for another again. You are so lucky to LIVE there! Happy scrapping!

Hi Grace,

Thanks for stopping by my blog. It is so nice to meet you! Your blog is great and it is nice to hear from someone in NYC. I haven't been back to NYC for about 10 years now. I grew up in NJ but I have been moving since I got married.
What a cool paper dress. Thanks for sharing.

I will be back to visit.

Oh wow, I wonder if my local Anthropologie has this same decor right now? I'm going!
